Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
Independent educational and referral service
Twin Cities Epoxy does not perform floor preparation or coating work. It provides general educational information, receives and reviews project requests, and may refer them to independent contractors. Independent contractors are solely responsible for confirming availability, inspecting conditions, recommending products, preparing estimates, contracting with customers, scheduling, safety, permitting or code obligations, workmanship, cleanup, warranties, and all services they provide.
No guaranteed match or outcome
Submitting a request does not guarantee a response time, contractor match, site visit, estimate, price, schedule, project acceptance, product suitability, or result. A contractor may decline a request based on geography, scope, timing, conditions, capacity, or other factors.
Educational content
Website content is general information and is not an inspection, specification, estimate, warranty, engineering opinion, environmental assessment, legal advice, or substitute for product instructions. Concrete, moisture, chemicals, building use, and coating products vary. Decisions should be based on an on-site assessment and written project documents from qualified parties.
Your submissions
You agree that submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide any address, business, message, or image included. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or sensitive content. You grant permission to use the submission to review, route, and communicate about the request.
Contractor relationship
Any agreement for coating work is between you and the independent contractor. Review the contractor’s identity, credentials, insurance, scope, products, price, schedule, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation terms, and warranty before proceeding. Twin Cities Epoxy is not a party to that service contract unless a later written agreement expressly states otherwise.
No website warranty
The site and content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that content is complete, error-free, current for every product or condition, or continuously available.
Limitation and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Twin Cities Epoxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, reliance on content, contractor selection, or independent contractor services. You agree not to hold the site responsible for claims arising from information you submit unlawfully or without permission.
Intellectual property
Original site text, design, illustrations, and branding may not be reproduced or used to impersonate this service without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
These terms may change as the service and contractor relationships develop. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
