Privacy policy

Scope

This policy describes how Twin Cities Epoxy handles information related to this website. Twin Cities Epoxy is an independent educational and referral service, not a floor-coating contractor. The sections below describe how information is handled, including estimate-request submissions.

Information you provide

When you submit an estimate request, we collect your name, phone number, email, city or ZIP, preferred contact method, project type, approximate size, desired timing, floor-condition notes, business name, message, consent record, and information you choose to include. If you share project photos with us during follow-up, we handle them under this policy as well.

Please do not send people, identification, financial records, health information, access codes, or other sensitive material. Project photos should focus on the floor and relevant conditions.

Technical and source information

The site records basic request metadata such as submission time, source page, referral source, and UTM campaign values. Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate pageview, visitor, referrer, country, device, browser, performance, and path information for eligible visitors. Google Analytics records pageviews, scroll milestones, internal navigation, estimate-button clicks, outbound links, form starts, submission attempts, bounded error categories, and provider-accepted request confirmations. Analytics may also receive browser, device, approximate location, referral, campaign, and cookie or similar identifier data according to its configuration and policies. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, city or ZIP values, project descriptions, or other estimate-form field values to analytics.

How information is used

Information may be used to review your project, determine likely geographic and project fit, contact you about the request, refer the request to a relevant independent service professional, prevent spam or abuse, maintain a lead-disposition record, improve site content and marketing, and comply with legal obligations.

Contact consent

If you submit an estimate request, you agree that Twin Cities Epoxy and any independent contractor we refer your request to may contact you by phone, text, or email about that request. We will try your preferred contact method first. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Carrier message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

Request details may be shared with service providers that operate the form, email, communications, analytics, spam prevention, CRM, or hosting systems, and with an independent floor-coating contractor considered for the request. We do not intend to sell one request to multiple contractors without telling the customer and establishing a commercial arrangement that permits it.

Retention and security

Estimate-request records are ordinarily retained for 24 months from our last contact with you and then deleted. You may request deletion sooner at any time through the privacy contact; deletion requests are honored within 30 days. A minimal record of the consent given (date, consent version, and outcome) may be kept after deletion for dispute prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure.

Your choices

You may decline to submit the form, opt out of marketing or text contact, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Privacy requests can be sent to twincitiesepoxy@gmail.com.

Children

This website is intended for property owners and business representatives and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as form providers, analytics, contractors, or legal requirements change. The version identifier above names the current revision, and each estimate submission records the version in force when consent was given.
